Mir wird im editor nichts angezeigt nicht bei Safari udn auch nicht bei Chrome

It sounds like there might be a tiny hiccup with your app install, I'd suggest you to write to our support team so that we can get this resolved for you.
We have used this app for almost five years but have decided not to continue using it. Initially, I was very satisfied with the tech support. The first time I needed assistance, the support representative was knowledgeable and resolved my issue promptly.
However, the second time, the tech support was slow and did not address my questions effectively, unlike her colleague.
After uninstalling the app, I encountered an error on our live website. The support team did not help me resolve this issue promptly, especially when compared to the response speed of other Shopify app supports.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the service this time.
An sich ist die App gut, aber der Editor/ Customizer ist extrem buggy, speichert die Schriftgrößen nicht richtig ab. Um Änderungen zu prüfen, muss man Ewigkeiten warten und oftmals werden die Änderungen einfach nicht umgesetzt und die alten Einstellungen erscheinen wieder.
