This app works perfectly without any issues! Everything runs smoothly and reliably. But what really impressed me is the customer service—they do an outstanding job and even go beyond what they actually need to do. That kind of support is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommended!
Support only in English? Fine, then in English! Then we'll use a translation app if that's too much for you. We haven't had any visible conversions in the backend for over a month. Only Shopify found out that this is because of you! Would you please inform us that an update is necessary? !!!! And the support can only be reached via detours, because the popup stubbornly won't go away! We are so annoyed and disappointed! Hopefully we will be contacted immediately. We will not change any codes etc. Why do we pay for your app???????
Let me start of by apologizing for your experience, that is not what we strive to provide our clients of course.
However, I do notice that you were actually helped in German. Missing conversions is certainly undesirable, as this is not a common issue we encounter with our clients we've asked your for access to your store so that our technical team could take a look, which was refused.
We will take your feedback regarding to the update serious, and look into it why for you there was no notification to prompt you to update the app.
We're sorry to part ways with you, and hope to potentially provide you with a more complete service in the future.
Support from Veronika - she works for that Cookie-Consent-Tool - is the worst I have ever experienced. I wanted tiny changes in the function of the consent-tool, that most other consent tools offers automatically. We had a few weeks email-contact and it didnt help. Even a developer helped me, but a last change even he couldnt do. Veronika just repeated what she was texting in the emails and recommended that i should ask an external developer.
I will just find another Cookie-Consent-Tool, that and the support behind, cant recommend at all.

As we've communicated per email, what you aimed to achieve within our app might be possible with some Custom CSS (for which you might need to have some web developer expertise) but its not something that we can help you with within our product right now unfortunately.
We've forwarded your feedback internally in order to investigate whether we are able to increase the amount of features our app has in the near future of course.

What a great support team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The app is absolutely great and I've been using it for a long time! But then I had a mishap.
I accidentally uninstalled the app and couldn't reinstall it. That was a huge problem that I couldn't solve on my own. So I contacted support. The response was very quick. Together with support, we deleted all the remnants of the app. But an error message kept coming up.
When we got to the point where we couldn't do anything anymore, I contacted Shopify. They also had a great team on hand. We tried everything late into the night. Nothing helped. Even reinitializing the shop didn't work.
Unfortunately, I had to tell iubenda support that I had to use a different app. That was the end of the matter for me.
But now comes the point where you know that not all support is the same. They didn't stop trying to find out what the problem was! A few days later, support contacted me again and asked if I could try reinstalling the app. And what can I say? It works!
The team took the time to find a solution. Just like that. I've never experienced anything like it! When you think you've tried everything, nothing happens from support and the matter is resolved. But this is different. Now that's what I call great help!
I'm so grateful for the work you do!

We have used this app for almost five years but have decided not to continue using it. Initially, I was very satisfied with the tech support. The first time I needed assistance, the support representative was knowledgeable and resolved my issue promptly.
However, the second time, the tech support was slow and did not address my questions effectively, unlike her colleague.
After uninstalling the app, I encountered an error on our live website. The support team did not help me resolve this issue promptly, especially when compared to the response speed of other Shopify app supports.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the service this time.
