Confirmify verify COD orders via WhatsApp automation. You see confirmed or canceled before shipping.
Confirmify helps merchants verify Cash on Delivery orders before packing and handoff to couriers. When a new COD order is created, the buyer receives a WhatsApp message asking them to confirm or cancel order. Their reply updates the order status using tags and is logged in a dashboard. Merchants can review recent confirmations, see message outcomes, and control sending with a simple credit system. This reduces wasted shipping on fake or unresponsive COD orders.
