Was working fine, but now support does not respond to the questions. Probably developer is stoping support of this app

The support for this app is amazing, they are willing to help with any issues that arise! Each store is different and they make sure that they take care of each customers needs! We have ran into a few issues with different custom coding and how this app interacts with our store and they were quick to make sure things got resolved!

I've been using this app for quite some time, and I must say that it is a life saver. I have a lot of custom products across my store that share the same variants (tees) and needed to be able to accurately track and share my inventory. This app did just that! The install was super easy and using the app is a breeze.

Just a great app to add functionality for bundle groups (when an order for 1 item pulls multiple products from your Shopify inventory) as well as connected groups (when multiple items than can be ordered - like at different prices - pull from the same inventory source SKU) all at a very reasonable price. It's simple to set up and if ever needed, support responds promptly.
We've been using the app for a while and it's really intuitive and straight forward to work with. Support is top notch and lightning fast as well.
This app is great for syncing inventory across multiple items. Customer service has been quick and very helpful through their chat function when I had questions or issues finding settings.
I've wanted to like this app as it was an economical way for us to manage inventory shared across several of our gifts, but it keeps changing inventory levels in shop, resulting in several of our products being marked OOS when they really aren't. Even after I change the inventory back to the correct numbers in Shopify, it pulls them out again. It's a never-ending tug-of-war and I'm having to constantly manage and watch our product levels. I'm hopeful support can help, but haven't heard back from them. We tried this app once before and the same thing happened. I had hoped it was a fluke, but perhaps not.

This was the only app I could find to help me keep track of my complicated inventory. Easy to understand and use.
At first I was so excited about having found this app. It seemed to respond to my needs. But when things got real, the app completely failed me. I do flash sales which attract many buyers and thus many sales in a short time. I sell sheets from rolls so I have bundles for this as instructed by Connected Inventory. Followed their set-up instructions to the letter. And when I needed it, It sold a whole lot of stock that I didn't have. Their reply after my complaint: We noticed you had a lot of sales in a short period of time. This app is not suited for this. People need to be warned for this. I have a bunch of disappointed customers and a business i'm trying to build up. I lost clients due to this app. Be wary!!!!!!
