NASP Connected Inventory

We downloaded Connected Inventory to create and handle numerous, complex bundle groups for our vehicle wrap website.
The app is perfect for our needs, but the standout quality for using this app is the technical support team. When creating our website - Jennifer and the technical support team were on hand and ready to assist whenever we had a query. They were very prompt and supportive.
We would recommend this app to anyone that's wanting to build a website containing bundle groups. Thank you again!

I think this company has gone out of business and now looking back at the number of bad reviews and people claiming they got no response from support I can understand that this is true and is exactly what is happening for us, no inventory sync and no support response after maybe 4 attempts over several weeks.

Really good app and did what I wanted it to do. However, I uninstalled it but am still getting charged for the app. Waiting for a response from support.

The app didn't sync the inventory between multiple products and messed up all my numbers, no I have to re-count every product manually.

The app is good and also support is so nice! I can have perfect inventory control by this app. Thanks!

Scam App. Terrible Interface and Zero Instruction. I really doubt most of the reviews are real on this app. Will continue to charge after uninstall. Used it for 14 days and canceled it and noticed a few days later it was still on my shopify billing as an active subscription. They dont give you an instructions on removing or canceling your subscription so you have to email them. Then even if you cancel before the billing period they will still charge you the full amount and be smug about how its billed at the beginning. DO NOT RECOMMENED AT ALL.

App did not sync inventory consistently, or maybe not at all. I contacted support but no response...

App provides a straight forward & user friendly way to manage inventory bundles etc. Devs are extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

This is not the first time I've used, or set-up, a bundle app for a website... and, I toughed this one out for a year but have decided to call it quits. I rate this app so low because it's not designed as well as other bundle apps that are comparable in price to this one. One of the biggest irritations with this app is how there is no "duplicate" button and it takes a century to create bundles for your products if you have a lot. There is no way to search for, or filter, for bundles either so you just have to scroll until you find the one you're looking for. I asked technical support twice to create a "duplicate" button, or tell me how much they would charge to create one for me, and on both occasions I was told it would take too much effort to make and, therefore, they would not make one. For that reason, among other frustrations with this app, I have decided to move onto another app better created.

We use this app to essentially control all stock which shares the same base product, ie black t-shirts with multiple designs. The app has allowed us to have one master product, so we can keep a close eye on stock. So it works brilliantly for us - Although the interface could be a little easier to use and more fluid!

On another plus, the support team are brilliant and very quick to act and help if you have any issues.

We manage our inventory using Dear inventory. For simple (non variant) products this works fine and inventory is accurately reflected between Dear and Shopify. However for variants this doesn't work at all. We hoped that Connected inventory would solve the problem. It unfortunately doesn't. Changes to inventory made through Dear are not reflected back to the variant inventory with the result that Shopify and Dear drift slowly apart. Connected Inventory have confirmed that changes made external to Shopify will not be fed back through which makes the app useless for our requirements. If you have this requirement then Connected Inventory is not for you.

Big thanks to Shopify help team who understood my needs and passed me over to Connected Inventory who have ended up ticking every box. It has been simple to set up and a perfect solution for our shop. Many thanks for this top drawer App, and for the prompt email support. Cheers Billy......you just saved me a whole heap of time \o/

This is a great app that helps me do exactly what I need to to manage my inventory properly with 4-packs and 2-packs of my product. Customer service was very quick to respond and friendly. Thanks!

I used this app to help me connect my inventory for multiple variants for single products. However I can not get it to accurately update my inventory

Great app and the developers were EXTREMELY responsive and helpful, they answered us literally within an hour and worked closely with us.

Great service! It didn't do exactly what I thought and needed for my particular situation, but the customer service was excellent and they were very friendly and helpful!

Setting up the app according to what we needed was a little challenging at first, got in touch with support who helped us pretty fast – very good experience. App is doing exactly what we need: setting up product bundles based on variants while keeping the inventory across all variants & bundles in sync.

I already thought this app was amazingly handy and solved a huge problem we have as a store that sells bundled kits, as well as same-SKU'd items in inventory across multiple online stores. After contacting support with my initial concerns with the app, the developers reached out and made a change to the software based on my request! This was a HUGE feature and reason for being able to use this app indefinitely. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to keep better inventory management for a good price.

I do Embroidery and kept overselling products because of how i needed shopify to track my products, it simply didnt work that way. After much looking and trying apps Connected Inventory did exactly what i needed it to do! I needed tech help to get me up and going because lets get real, im a creative not a tech person. Cesar was able to show me what i needed to do and how to work the app! Im super happy with the app and the support i received. I highly recommend!

Cesar was amazingly responsive, and didn't hesitate to instantly make a quick custom solution for my situation. amazing customer service for an incredible app. would definitely recommend, it works precisely as you would hope it to.

Needed to sync inventory levels between variants - Connected Inventory fit the bill. Setup was easy, SKUs were scanned automatically and after that was finished, I placed a test order and the changes reflected as desired. The team at Inscoder answered any questions I had promptly and clearly...great service is an understatement!

This is a great little app and works like a charm. Billy was also suuuuper fast in answering all the questions we had.

This app is definitely a step in the right direction for a bundle capability that seems to be currently missing in Shopify. We may continue to use with smaller inventory items for now but f it proves to be more work than benefit, we will remove it again and resort to manual inventory syncing until Shopify has a better solution in place. An example of a scenario where Connected Inventory did NOT work for us is below. In those examples, each of the cases in the group were also reduced by 1 each time a purchase was made even if the case selected was a different color. Connected Inventory simply reduces items within the group by 1 with each purchase, regardless of which combination.

Each case gets a belt automtically. It's just up to the customer to select which belt size they want. We do not limit the belts to specific cases. I actually have as many as 10 different style cases that all can use the the same belt size. I do need all cases tied to the same belt size because once there is a small number of belts left, each case becomes limited by the number of cases. If I get more technical - It's almost like the belts are the parent and the cases are children. The children control their own inventory until they are limited by parent number.

Let me try several different scenarios

15 Small Belts
1 Gold Case
3 Pink Cases
10 Purple Cases
5 Blue Cases

Person A buys 1 Gold Case with 1 Small Belt.
Inventory is now
14 Small Belts
0 Gold Case
3 Pink Cases
10 Purple Cases
5 Blue Cases

Person B buys just a belt because they need a different size.
Inventory is now
13 Small Belts
0 Gold Case
3 Pink Cases
10 Purple Cases
5 Blue Cases

Person C is a club with 10 girls and they want all the Purple Cases so they buy all 10 but they choose 9 Small Belts and 1 Medium Belt. (I would also set up a group for Medium Belts & Cases.)
Inventory is now
4 Small Belts
0 Gold Case
3 Pink Cases
0 Purple Cases
4 Blue Cases <- In this scenario, we are now limited by the number of belts so even though we technically have 5 Blue Cases in stock, we cannot selt them all with Small Belts because we only have 4 Small Belts, now. This is when your app can start reducing the number of cases whenever a related belt is purchased.

Person D wants to buy 2 Pink Cases, each with 1 Small Belt.
Inventory is now
2 Small Belts
0 Gold Case
1 Pink Cases
0 Purple Cases
2 Blue Cases <- Again, this is when it is okay to reduce the inventory on the case whenver a related belt is purchased.

This is exactly what i needed for my complex sets that use the majority of the same parts, but have customize-able addons. I am able to give a main set an sku number and then all the customized addons will also deplete the main set so i dont have to give EACH CUSTOM OPTION their own inventory. I love this app.
