Realy good Support
Support is perfect, we have a continuous support to meet our needs, highly recommended its one of the best pos available as integration with Shopify with alot of options and reporting tools
POS is the best we have used so far! There is a slight learning curve, but the staff is very quick to resolve any issues, even if you are the issue! If you need a desktop based POS system, this is it!

We have been evaluating this app for sometime, they customer service spent more than 2hours on remote session making sure we are fully on board and satisfied. The app is brilliant. Does exactly what I want it to do. The Shopify option only allows for use on phones and tablets, and is currently only available on ios. A special mention to the staff at Connect. Their problem solving was superb 5 stars!
