WOW! First impression is AMAZING TEAM of people here! I'm just getting started but very impressed with Natalie and Chris! This is going to be a fantastic system for our wholesale business moving forward! Don't hesitate, just do it!

Highly recommend to anyone using a POS system. Chat support is very quick to respond and problem was solved within minutes.
Was very help full and solved my problem, Hana was very knowledgeable and my problem was solved in a timely manner.
Very good customer service. Very helpful and the app works perfectly. Everything you need is in there and the staff is always here to help. Very good experience!
Hana has been amazing with helping me out. She solved all the difficulties i had with connecting connectpos to my shopify website and she is one of the reasons I will decide to continue with the app.
We have been working with ConnectPos for almost two years now. Their customer support has been, and still is, great. The app itself is a pleasure to work with if you need a good Pos system. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

The support I received from Hana at ConnectPOS was great. Having inherited ConnectPOS as an app from a previous store owner and using it for the first time I really appreciated the time spent with me via chat to answer my questions.
#Positive things first:
The support is very fast and friendly. They deserve two stars (actually more but the functionality of the app is just not as good as it should be)
1) It's super buggy. You have to reload the cash in order to catch all newly added products into ConnectPOS
2) It completely messes up things with tax - if you have multiple tax rules or overwrites in your shopify store, it won't be working
3) They have soo many different configuration settings - like what the heck... you need to spend your life time in trying to figure out what to click, set up and most of the time the support has to log in into your account to fix some new bug that they found...
4) We were in touch with the support almost every day and every day they were suggesting using their native app instead of the web app. But have you actually seen how it looks? Just terrible - all pictures are blurry, it is super slow and doesn't find new products either.
Again, as probably many of you feel: it is pity that shopify pos is not supported on mac. We won't be using it any longer.
