The App is convenient and affordable and the support is truly outstanding. The application is simple and easy to use.

Returns and exchanges are a BASIC function of a POS system. This shouldnt cost an extra $30 per terminal. The Shopify POS is trash but this one looks to have the exact same pricing scheme, so pass.

They have a pretty good support. Allows you to use Shopify POS on Windows.
Pricing makes sense too.

Helped me with all things I needed POS wise and inventory tracking between the two. Spent years trying to find a good alternative for Shopify POS while still keeping my online website and this worked perfectly!

In my opinion so far connectpos has great integration with Shopify. Customer Services is superb. All of our queries concerning use of the app have been dealt with in a timely, friendly and understanding manner.

We have been using this app for about 4 months now and found it to be well laid out and easy to use.
Because the links to the main Shopify servers are slow in South Africa, we experience a delay in the time from scanning a product to when it appeared in the POS register.
By using the offline mode, the time from scan to appearing in the register is now acceptable.
