The app is excellent - It lets us add a physical location to our online business as well. On top of that I have contacted Support multiple times and to my amazement -- they responded very quickly and solved my issue in no my time on Teamviewer as well. Very much satisfied.
We were looking into the Shopify POS but did not want to have to use an iPad. Found ConnectPOS and it is going great so far. Fantastic support from Lucy and can run the App on our new iMac. Is very well integrated with Shopify too. Will update when we have used it a little longer but so far so good!
Possible POS solution on PC. Good support on setup account.

We have been evaluating this app for sometime, they customer service spent more than 2hours on remote session making sure we are fully on board and satisfied. Customer agent Leia was more than helpful and really professional. Definitely will consider this app because of this agent. There is huge potential for this app to develop and we would be more than happy to support.

great support, needed some help in installation, Hana was great and helped me through the process. Very easy to use and effective. Would work great for you if you intend to use pos on your desktop.
Mia was absolute fantastic explaining everything, we feel Connectpos 123 Is so much easier than any other pos system we have used.

Customer service team is helpful and respond quickly. I've had some issues during setting the system up, but they quickly got me into an on boarding session with Mia and will provide direct support with meetings over two weeks if I need them for further help. I'm pretty sure I've got everything set up 100% now after my first meeting with Mia! Their chat feature is also quick and helpful. The system is just different to set up from our old one and after having a walk-through I understand it more.
It is fantastic app. Hate i did not find it earlier. It does what it supposed to do. And it integrates with Smartpay in Au. Their team can also do customise setting for my enquire function. Our concerns were solved in last 2 weeks, very good. Top recommend.
