Nice support. Very friendly and accommodating.

The app works very well and the support is fantastic. Unfortunately we had some very specific requirements that -currently- needed custom coding. We will revisit ConnectPOS in the near future.

I used this app to sync the web stock and the retail stores stock.
100 % customizable and great costumer service. Highly recommend.

I Love this APP!
I have a wholesale company and finally opened a physical shop.
This app has allowed me to have all my products in thsystem with out much effort.
The set up was easy with the help from Claire! She gave me her Whatsapp number and told me to message any time. when I do message she always responds quickly.

Natalie did a great job helping us with a new free trial as well as a few other things. Great customer support and had the issue cleared within minutes.

Honestly, not far into using the service yet, but their chat support has been very helpful in getting things set up. I'm excited to finally have a POS I can use on our windows computers for our Shopify store. Everything I see so far leads me to believe this is going to be a game changer for our store.

ConnectPOS is wonderful and works seamlessly with Shopify. The real-time syncing is instant. Love all the features having great flexibility. Customer Service is top-notch. Response time for support is amazingly fast. They will go an extra mile to customize the App, as per your requirements and to your 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend the App.
