The app general performs well and does what it needs to very well.
The support are on-hand most times I've needed them but time-zones do affect this sometimes.

The app is good for automatically passing orders to Amazon and it does this well for all countries if you're set up with Shopify markets like me.

The one thing to be careful with is that the app pulls variations from Amazon exactly as Amazon have them. If you sell worldwide you'll know Amazon messes this up and so you'll need to go through the labourious process of braking the variations apart in Shopify and then re-link the products in the app. It would be good if the developers added a way to break apart variations automatically.

Great app with outstanding support!
Amazon Connectr & FBA Sync works extremely well for syncing our Shopify store with Amazon. The interface is clear, the features are robust, and the synchronization is reliable.
A special shout-out to the support team — incredibly responsive, always ready to help with setup or to troubleshoot very specific issues. You can really feel their commitment to finding the right solutions, which makes a huge difference.
Highly recommended for anyone working with Amazon FBA!

App is pretty cool, but the negative part the server is always down so you always have to wait to someone to unblock it....
