We've been using ConsignCloud for almost 5 years and have been happy with them for our outdoor consignment shop. There is a bit of a learning curve, and it takes some tinkering to understand how features function and adapt to our policies and procedures. Being able to export most information into excel and reimport is a huge plus. There has been a constant stream of new features over the years, some don't work for our shop. There are just a few things we would like to see tweaked, but for something that's not a custom application, the value seems on point.
We've been using ConsignCloud since 2022, listing thousands of products from hundreds of consignors and partners. Top tier design, always works as we need it to, great feature set, and super star technical support. The ConsignCloud team manages to get back to us on any issue within a few hours at most and has a ready solution every time. Generally though, we don't need support - it's a great app that does what it's supposed to do.
Consigncloud has been easy to use and train. It was a bit of work to switch over my old Consignpro info to consigncloud but anything new is a learning curve. The help chat is very responsive and will set a zoom meeting if you need in person help like I did at first. System connects to Shopify so our store is now able to easily sell online which we could not do with our old system. Consigncloud has made the store function more smoothly once we learned how to use it. I strongly suggest it if you’re leaving Consignpro. The staff is very helpful and patient.
