I love ConsignCloud! Their integration with Shopify is seamless and easy to use. Pricing is reasonable and customer service is friendly and helpful.
I've used ConsignCloud for several years. Their integration with Shopify has elevated my online business more than I ever imagined. It's extremely easy to list items to my inventory while keeping each consignor account separate. Items are instantly available on my website, Facebook, Instagram and Google. It's then just a few more clicks to upload it all to ebay. When something sells on any platform it's quickly delisted everywhere and marked as sold within consigncloud. Having client balances accurate has never been easier! Plus consigncloud has a portal for everyone to check their own balances. The support from consigncloud is responsive and helpful. I think all consignment sellers should use this app for their online sales.
Very easy to use, integrates with Shopify seamlessly. Whenever I have had a problem occur I have messaged immediately and receive a response within 24hours. As I am living in another country with different time zones I that response time is amazing as I was concerned that it would be hard to get problems sorted in a timely fashion however Jonathan is very responsive and any issue has been solved within the same day. Outstanding customer service.
