We've been using Consio to run our phone operations and sales and it's been great. Their AI Voice agent for Shopify is fully integrated in our commerce data and can run very complex troubleshooting calls about our water softener system. Our human team is also working out of Consio and it provides us with clear attribution on who's closing sales and contributing to the team. Highly recommend!!!
We use Consio to handle abandon carts, checkouts as well as to touch base with existing customers to make sure everything is going okay with their products.
We sometimes have them share offers and other times its just a courtesy call. The team are very receptive to feedback and the platform is very robust.
