Why do tens of thousands of stores including BTS Mania, Fashion Nova and Smart Sweets trust Consistent Cart?
The same reason you will:

Consistent Cart does the work of up to 10 apps. Since it's launch, Consistent Cart has recovered over $120M in sales and counting.

Beautiful Abandoned Cart Emails
Amongst all of the excitement around new technology, it's easy to forget about e-mail marketing, a time-proven marketing channel going back to the early days of the internet.
Not to worry! Consistent Cart's beautifully crafted cart recovery emails, new account creation emails, and engaging happy birthday emails take less than a few minutes to set up. They run automatically in the background and bring in more sales.
90% of SMS notifications are read within 3 minutes of delivery. The average user looks at their phone 150 times a day, particularly when they hear a notification sound. Optimize on this with SMS notifications. Unlike other channels, SMS doesn't require an internet connection, so you can reach customers wherever they are.
Push Notifications can get significantly higher open rates than emails. Consistent Cart currently has 3 built-in abandon cart push notification campaigns with more on the way!
Smart Auto Stop
Other cart abandonment solutions can annoy shoppers by sending emails even after they've made a purchase. Our Smart Auto-Stop feature prevents this by double-verification of customer's orders before each and every E-mail, or Push Notification is sent.
The add to cart popup asks users for their email address as soon as they add an item to their cart. This popup has incredible conversion rates - and will result in significantly more emails captured. Collecting emails allows you to retarget them at a later time, either on your own or using our email sequencer.
And So Much More!
- Activity Monitor:

Amazing app, easy to use. Helps attain more customers by using reminders and discount codes. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to reduce abandoned carts.
MUST READ !!!
Note: I use this app only for abandoned cart emails.
This app is SNEAKY and DISHONEST.
Consistent Cart takes credit for a sale if the customer completes their purchase within 72 hours of when the app sends them an abandoned cart email.
This means that even when the customer does not see the email and completes the purchase through your website - this app considers that sale as money they generated for you, and CHARGES YOU for their "service"!
In many cases my customer service representative has been in contact with a customer, answered their questions and secured the sale. Frustratingly, this app takes the credit for that sale because there was an automated email sent to them earlier on, even though the customer never looked at it, opened it or clicked it.
I analysed my Consistent Cart Dashboard and here are the results...
➞ Approx. - 40% of sales credited to the abandoned cart email were never opened by the customer.
➞ Approx 30% of sales credited to the abandoned cart email were customers that were in contact with my customer service team and purchased after speaking to them. About half of these customers never even opened their emails.
➞ Approx. - 30% of sales credited to the abandoned cart email are probably genuine.
This app is taking advantage of you, claiming that they "generate money for you". As you can see above, this is only approx. 30% true in my case.
There are more people with complaints about honesty. Here are some reviews from other people in the past that I have pasted below...
Feb 2019 - "After checking various metrics, I too have come to the conclusion that this company / app is generating fake carts and giving you miss information. I'm guessing they are generating all the fake 5-star reviews as well."
July 2018 - "I found very questionable figures in my metrics. I took several screen shots of what they said I had in "recovered sales" and what I actually had in their reports. I am disappointed this app has screwed me. They claim I had 12,500 in recoveries and my report said $212. Although we do have 100,000 a month in sales... Their report shows otherwise. Message me to discuss. You never respond. I will delete the app at the end of this month and report the fraud to Shopify for sales figure scamming."
Jan 2017 - " Horrible App based on my experience and opinion. They 'recovered' $125 and took $15 from my account. I quickly removed this app after I checked saw how much they took."
Hello, we've reached out via email with more information on this. We understand that this may be concerning so we're also working on some documentation for customers who may experience confusion about this in the future.
Note that the previous reviews were not related to this issue:
Feb 2019 - This review was related to the carts which were shown on the activity monitor. The customer was confused about some anonymous carts on their store, and why so many of them were appearing on their activity monitor!
July 2018 - This customer reported that the recovered sales on their dashboard were significantly **less** than what they should be. We had an issue where metrics from the staging environment were being shown on the production - hence why it was only showing only $212 in recovered sales when the store was doing $100,000 per month!
Jan 2017 - This customer wasn't aware that they would be charged if they recovered less than $1,000. They incorrectly thought the app would be free. In Jan 2017 our pricing was $15/mo as opposed to the current $29/mo.
