This is the best questionnaire tool I've ever used; very responsive, feature-rich, ability to add images and other files, as well as multiple research methods.

Absolutely great app. Very easy to set up, fully customizable. Forms look great. I love it. Support was very nice and answered my questions quickly. Together we solved the problem (even though the problem was with a third party - email provider). Thank you very much and I recommend it!
