It is easy to setup forms, which is nice. However, there is no way to fire a tracking pixel after submission. What is worse is, that it uses Google Fonts an you have no way to change that. This makes qikify a no-go tool for anyone who wants to be GDPR compliant (which is basically every shop owner in the EU)... I had to uninstall this for this reason and am now using another solution.

Regarding all the issues you mentioned, our support team absolutely can assist you, but we did not receive any request from you:

1. "There is no way to fire a tracking pixel after submission":
Our app fires a JS event after the form is submitted.
You can use this JS event with your pixel tracking app if it has a function or API to make the tracking. Please let us know what pixel tracking app you are using.

2. "Google Fonts":
Our app does use Google Fonts, but you can easily remove it by deselecting the font you added in our app.
If you do not select any font in the form settings, it will automatically apply your theme's font, and Google Fonts will not load on your storefront anymore. We also can help you apply other fonts on your store to the form if you want.

Too buggy. And static. You can't move fields anywhere you want, I had to open a support ticket to edit a field. Not ready for prime time

Sorry but we don't understand your review.
Because we checked app in your store and we were able to move/edit/delete fields normally. We also replied your ticket but didn't receive your response.

Free version works fine. I would even say that it works well. The paid version doesn't work at all. No new forms ever showed up on their pages. Even after multiple uninstalls and reinstalls. Im frustrated and disgusted and just moved on to different solution which works and was free.

Form is really good. But free edition does not show the customer submissions. It was disappointing. It should have allowed in free version too maybe with restrictions.

In Free plan, all customer's submissions will be sent to your Shopify contact email. So you can still receive email notification and read submission right in your inbox.

Not sure, I just just installed it. It looks like it might do the trick. But, really I would need to use it first. 95% of apps look like they could be good and end up letting you down when you get into the details.
