Qikify Contact Form Builder

While the app functionally has been good for us. It really hurt our customer service because they have a 500 email limit which is not very well explained. So during our busiest time of the year, unknowingly we hit this limit.

**Since this review, they updated some things, and adjusted based on feedback. So I have updated it reflect how I felt before this interruption**

From what I understand, there is now more robust controls in place to make sure you are aware if you hit the limit.

It should still be known that if the hope is to use Shopify flow to quickly find customer data and help with things or respond back directly to customers, all emails will come from flow@shopify.com and will require a lot of copy-pasting. So if a higher volume type of store using the contact forms to help sort data, this might not be the best fit.

Our store was running into too many issues with another forms app, so we migrated over to Qikify Form Builder. The app is easy to use, functions as it should, and gets the job done. Being able to designate a unique email address for a specific form is particularly useful. Customer service was also very supportive and responsive.

However, the app would be perfect if it allowed for email subject line customization & changing the sender’s email (or at least allowing the sender name to show up as Store Name instead of Qikify in your inbox).

This is a very good app, easy to use and does the job! It would be even better if you could select more than one email address to receive the forms - or select an email address for each for that you build. That would be great, hopefully something that can be considered for the future :)

Very Good and cheap plugin. specially for the small business its perfect. i used it in so many websites.

I used this app to help me embed forms within my website. I really like how I can choose to embed them anywhere in my website. It would be nice to have the option of a button, I can add anywhere else on my website to trigger an embedded form on another page of the site.

Easy to start with. Love the free plan although there is no possibility to set a picture in the mobile version.

I needed a simple contact form with sticky button. So far this is meeting my needs. This is my 2nd qikify app. I really enjoy both.

Works great. Just wish the pricing was slightly better since I only need 2 simple forms but want them embedded on the page (which requires the paid plan).

Easy to use. With the free features, I am satisfied. Looking for basics only. May consider upgrading if need to. Thanks!
