So far, its super easy to setup and it has a great UI as well. I haven't tested it out live, but as long as my client gets the inquiries, we're good.

Simple and straight forward aplication. Great to gather better customer data, without requiring complex setup wich is a plus. The free plan is also a plus if you just require simple aditions to your contact page.

Great app, easy to install and use. I had an issue and was able to contact support and they did all of the work for me and responded in minutes.
i appreciate having this free app for my store as a new start up business with so many other cost that i have to front, it helps ease the financial pain. free knowledge base! was pretty easy to use without having to know coding and free you tube videos are provided. no pressure to buy product from the developer to continue use, but some premium options are limited

Really happy! The template I am using doesn't have a contact us form. This app sorted the contact form it for me! No complaints. Super helpful and easy to use
