I was looking for a pop up form but I realised it needed some customisation. Other companies were not really interested in helping. The customer support team (especially Henry) were very helpful and accomodating and to my surprise were able to supply exactly what I needed. Many companies could learn from the great customer service from the team at Qikify. Definitely a 5 star review.

Only just starting to use it but really like the options with the layouts. Easy to edit and customise to suit my store. Lots of different places in my store I can use the forms.

I like it for the moment, it has a 7 day free trial and it is inexpensive, good app! I also the options of templates!

Great app. Quick to install, easy to use, does what it promises. Beyond that, I did have a technical issue (my fault) getting some functionality in my Shopify site but jumped on chat, talked to Qikify support - problem solved in minutes. Really impressed with the level of service.

I used this app to create a booking request form for our event center. Guests can now fill in information about their event when they request a booking ie. number of guests, requested date and time, needed amenities. So cool! Very user friendly. Thank a lot!

基本的な機能が、一先ず無料で使えるのが良いです。デザインもシンプルで悪くないと思います。（他のアプリを試したところ、emailの通知が有料だったのでこちらに乗り換えました。）サイト上にでる表示「Contact Us」の文言を変えられたらいいなと思いました。

Really happy with this app and the ability to be able to produce a form easy as, on the free plan and that is all I need. Customer service is responsive and helpful where needed too.

I like the professional look it gives my website. I also feel that it is easy to use without a lot of hassle, the set up was easy too.
