Using free version as a lead generation capture form. There are a number of limitations on the free version, but it was fine for the purposes required

Quick to set up and easy to use. We used it as a pop up survey form for our customers so we could gather improvements they wanted for our website

Free Contact Form is easy to understand and customize. Would recommend! The free plan is good already if you use it correctly.

I used this app to create a popup contact us form. Very nice formatting, I like the pictures. I'll see if I can personalize it a little more...
