Love the app interface. Very easy and convenient to build a form for your website. They have a quick customer support team.

Contact Form Builder is very simple to customize the contact form comparing to others. it's a good experience.

It works very well, I consider to upgrade the plan because I can see the benefits of this app, well done!!

Happy with the app. Hopefully one day we can allow more than 20mb, but this appears to be a Shopify limitation, rather than the app's.

As far as the app itself goes, it's very underrated and is a great quality contact form. It's very simple (which can be a pro and a con), and easy to use.

There's definitely room for growth however, such as custom CSS, and as I've mentioned to staff, perhaps an option to embed the tab as a button in specific pages, so it can be used and styled like other buttons.

All in all though, if you're looking for a simple, free and intuitive contact form, this is a great option.

Rien à dire, application qui répond à mes attentes et fait son travail de formulaire (MODERNE, ÉPURÉ et PERSONNALISABLE). Je mets en majuscule, car avant d'installer cette application, je tombais sur des vieux formulaires sans css et sans mise en forme moderne.

It's a good app. One thing that is regrettable is that the email option that must be entered is regrettable. This is because customers do not participate well because of the email input.
