Very simple to use AND useful! Recommend for all. And this app was a gateway app to HulkApps (free) Form Builder, so just go ahead and mosey that way after you're finished here...

I needed a good simple contact form with Google CAPTCHA and tried Simple Contact Us Form.
I have a premium template for my store, and the contact form did not automatically work so I got in touch with support.
My experience with the support was nothing short of perfect.
They got back to me fast, Their developer went into my code, fixed everything up and its all working perfect within 24hours.

Very good simple contact form app. And easy to use.
I miss the reCAPTHA function in this app - as it is very when you receive too many spam bot messages.

Not too sure how to use this within shopify. Finding it hard to add captcha checkbox and edit my preferences for the contact form
