The customer service is NEXT LEVEL AMAZING!! I had some issues getting the lock to work on product pages, and they responded in real time and were able to fix the issue. Twice! Very very impressed with their support!

Our shopify them wouldn't link. I E-Mailed support and they attended to and fixed the issue in no time at all.

I’ve been looking for ways to protect a product and blogs, where PDF files are archived, from non-members. Tried a few apps on my store, but LockOn is the simplest and the most intuitive lock to customize to fulfill my needs. Besides the app itself, I want to comment on the quality of customer service. As said, it is available 24/7, and the team really tried to understand my needs and offered solution to issues that I had not thought about before. I got the impression that they are willing to offer individualized solution to diverse needs of e-commerce business owners. If you’re unsure about ways to lock anything on your site, just contact them. They might have solution for you.

This app works great for what I needed and for a great price! I highly recommend! Their customer service was very responsive and so helpful with customizing the passcode widget to look seamless on my client's website. I am very happy!

Excellent Customer Service! I wanted an easy Tag related lock and this app seemed to be the best fit. I couldn't get the app to work properly so I reached out to the Support. My problem was fixed within a few minutes. Amazing experience!!

Do not install this app.

It injects custom code onto your homepage, this will not be removed when you uninstall LockOn. Error:Request is not from shopify is what I'm seeing plastered on all my pages.

We couldn't use Location locking on $0 plan. When attempting to upgrade to test the Location Locking, we get an error code.
