Customers must log in to see products, pages, etc.; otherwise, your store will be completely locked. Incredibly responsive and helpful customer service. They helped us use the app for a new use case and set it up in the provided time frame, all while working to understand how our end user would need to interact with our site.
Honestly, I do not think I've ever encountered such support, anywhere. They were willing to listen to my needs and requirements, help me set it up and also provide one feature, not previously offered.
I'm currently using two of their apps, and will be adding more as they roll out.
Amazingly responsive customer service. We have an older theme that often requires help with new apps and they stepped in immediately to help us get everything set up. They respond to all emails timely and are very easy to work with. We definitely recommend working with them.
There's been an issue with lock-on pages caused by the configuration. I'm very impressed by how promptly they respond and try to solve the problem.
