T Lab ‑ AI Language Translate

Very fast and helpful customer support! I have been using this app for several years. Before deciding on this one, I tested many different apps, and TLab offers by far the best value for money.

We've recently used T Lab to expand our Shopify store into seven additional languages, covering a large catalogue and a considerable amount of website content.

So far I've been very impressed. The translation process has been straightforward, the quality of the AI translations has generally been excellent, and the ability to use our own OpenAI API together with glossary controls gives us much more control over the process.

What I particularly like is that T Lab provides the tools needed to manage translation properly rather than simply translating everything blindly. Being able to protect brand names and technical terms from translation has been especially useful while configuring a multilingual Shopify store with several third-party apps.

There is inevitably some checking and configuration involved when translating a large and fairly complex Shopify website, and our journey is far from over, but overall T Lab has made something that could have been a huge project surprisingly manageable.

Based on our experience so far, I'm very happy with T Lab and would certainly recommend it.

The app works reliably and is especially useful for translating large amounts of content. Even when a minor issue comes up, the support team responds quickly, accurately, and kindly, which makes it a service we can trust and use long-term. The translation quality is also very good, and the accurate translations have significantly improved our workflow and efficiency.

If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would. We run a store in 11 languages across 17 markets, and T Lab handles all of it: menus, theme content, pages, everything. When we switched our store to a new seasonal campaign, a few translations needed updating and some custom coded texts were not picked up. Ventsislav from support personally went through our store, added the missing custom translations for us and explained exactly how everything works. Fast replies, super friendly and they genuinely go the extra mile. Best translation app and the best support we have had from any Shopify app. Highly recommended!
