UPDATE JULY 2021: The 5-star rating is WELL DESERVED. I continue to contact customer support for updates and tweaks to our website. The app works seamlessly and the customer support is FANTASTIC. We are very happy with our app choice and it is great to know that the team is always ready to help out! 5-STAR APP & 5-STAR SERVICE!!! September 2020: I used this app so that I could merge 2 websites into one website. The implementation was very easy, and I am speaking as someone who is not a programmer. There were a few things deeper within the website that I could not do so easily. A couple of emails and a fantastic explainer video, and then I could complete the task. All in all a very impressive app and operation. Many thanks to Max!

At first, it seemed complicated to set up the translations but then I had no problems. Before this, I downloaded several translation apps and I can say that this is undoubtedly the best! Really efficient and fast customer service. Absolutely recommended

Easy to use and does exactly what is suppose to do. Needed help to fix a bug at checkout and they fixed it for me. Would be nice to be able to jump from first page to last when looking for something.

Update: Today, I had the pleasure of getting in contact with the customer support once more and I was blown away by how quickly, easily and kindly my problem was solved!! facile à utiliser. n'hésitez pas à poser des questions si ce n'est pas fluide ils sont très réactifs.la traduction est bien faite mais c'est toujours bien de vérifier . j'ai plus de 400 produits avec parfois des descriptions difficiles à traduire mais j'ai pu modifier facilement ce qui ne correspondait pas

First of all, customer service is great! Prompt, courteous and helpful. App works great even though you have to tweak here and there but that's expected. Unlike most other apps that charges a monthly fee that becomes monthly expenses, Translation Lab charges by the words translated for you, so only a one-time fee. Of course, they have upgraded service as well, which I will consider once the volume picks up but for now, as a starter, it's the best option.
