T Lab ‑ AI Language Translate

Good, fast and great support! It would be great to add a search bar to the metafields translation for advanced custom fields.

Their customer support is the best among the other app developers, hands down. Whatever problem we had they answered pretty soon, and helped as much as they could. They even checked the codes of our theme, even tho it is not their task. A big thank you to Dimitri and all the others at the team! :)

I give 5 stars because the developers do try their best, the customer service is fast, kind, patient and helpful and the Pros, which are that the app works generally beautifully as far as I can tell and it's reasonably priced.

But not everything is peachy and rosy, the Cons mostly revolve around Judge.me, this may be more the fault of Judge.me than T Lab, but as it may.. reviews have to be manually updated PER LANGUAGE every time you receive new ones, and just as bad, if you use "review grouping" in Judge.me as I do, the system is going to multiply however few reviews you have into thousands, meaning that translating only around 350 shop-wide reviews ends up taking around 20 hours, per language.

Still, I tried quite a few of the most popular translation apps before this one, and this one so far balances price, quality and usability the best. I'm staying :)

The best thing of this app is the people who is behind it. Specially Todor, who is always helping you, and the answer is always very quickly.
I recommend it 100%

Easy to use, free, great support and most importantly: native Shopify translation features. What else can you want? 5 stars!

hello i cant reach your customer contact form . form cant be sent . ques is home page translatable. home page , product page are not seen on translate dashboard.

Translation Lab App is absolutely great! It's intuitive, it's easy to use, the integration with the Theme is flawless, the Support is great (thank you, Max!). It's just a perfect example how a Shopify App should work. I've used it to translate our website in 2 more languages and just couldn't wish more.
