We have just started using the app, but so far it is quite intuitive and user-friendly. What is better yet, is that their customer service team is friendly and quick to respond.

This translation app is fantastic. It allows you to translate your whole shop in a few seconds. I am using the free version and it really does everything I need. Also, I requested 2 times the help of the support and I got help in a few hours, that is just amazing ! I am real fan of this app ! I can only recommend to everyone !

I use this app to manually translate my products and I also used this app to translate my store. I am very happy with the support from Kabuki - even if I am on the free version, he really addressed my problems and provided me with great customer service.

I am managing a new store in 2 languages and Translation lab is very very usefull. It is hard to find the right app for that and i tried several of them but now i am really happy with this one. This app is just speechlessly amazing. The very simple and clean interface is easy to edit even if you're not proficient in coding at all like me. I was using another translation app for my bilingual site and it was literally a nightmare with continuous errors. This app is totally compatible with your primary Shopify language so there won't be any missed words for translation. Plus the automatic translations are already so natural. The support team is always quick to respond and help me solve all my problems. Can't appreciate more!
