The support is quick and responsive, and the AI Translation feature allowed me to save tons of hours. The cost is extremely competitive if compared to other translation services. Nice app, but let down by very weak search (no search at all on metafields) and no global search/replace. After the initial translation, this app becomes quickly unusable for the continuous small edits that happen on a live site. The Shopify native import/export is more user-friendly

Of the several translation apps I tried Translation Lab had the most straight forward and visually pleasing interface. Manual translation option did the job on my site perfectly. The only issue I had was of my own making, the guys in Support helped me fix it within minutes. Great app, great service, definitely recommend!
