Extremely helpful servicedesk and app work like charm! Nothing bad to say, easy, quick and useful. I recommend this app.

its excellent app for my store, the customer service is so good and fast, they help me a ot with this language translation.

Of the several translation apps I tried Translation Lab had the most straight forward and visually pleasing interface. Manual translation option did the job on my site perfectly. The only issue I had was of my own making, the guys in Support helped me fix it within minutes. Great app, great service, definitely recommend!

Awesome App, very intuitive and if you need help their support department is great. I recommend it.

I tried lots of translation apps maybe almost everything.
Some of those are unstable or bad customer experiences or lack of functions. I decide to go simple and affordable. If you think same this is best app. Don't go around to waste time.
This app still need some automatic functions. But I am good now.

Diese App von den Sherpas ist perfekt. Nach der Installation kann die App direkt genutzt werden. Wer es selbst geschafft hat, mit Shopfiy einen Webshop einzurichten, bekommt ihn mit dieser App auch problemlos und ohne fremde Hilfe übersetzt. Meinen Shop habe ich teilweise mit PageFly erstellt und auch diese Seiten waren beim Übersetzen kein Problem. Bei einer anderen Drittanbieter-App hat es kurz gehakt, aber da war Dimitar vom Helpdesk der Sherpas zur Stelle und hat mir schnell und geduldig weitergeholfen. Sogar ein detailliertes extra für mich aufgezeichnetes Video zu meinem Problem habe ich bekommen.
Das kann man nicht besser machen, zumal der Preis für die App wirklich günstig ist, wenn ich das mit anderen Apps vergleiche.

C'è poco da dire, app completa, si riesce a creare agevolmente la versione del sito in altra lingua.
La cosa più importante è fondamentale non è l'applicazione in se (easy e fatta molto bene) ma la possibilità di ottenere assistenza, cosa che abbiamo sempre ottenuto con tempi veloci e focus di dettaglio su qualsiasi problema.

I have issues installing the app. I emailed the support and they quickly fixed it. It's free and it's good. What can you ask for? I highly recommend it.
