The best feature about the app is that it saves the translations in Shopify, and doesn't just slap a live translator over your store that slows everything down. I have noticed however that the translations aren't always perfect. It doesn't happen a lot, but 'Boats' in Dutch was translated to 'Nothing' for example.
The support is very good however. I haven't had to wait more than a minute to get a reply.

We use Translation Lab in two of our stores and we have been loving the experience. The app works well and navigation gets even more intuitive with every update. The team has demonstrated some of the best customer service on Shopify with fast replies and timely solutions.

Brilliant, although I use the free version, the support team helped me immediately when my translations were suddenly all gone. We must have made a mistake when updating the store with the new theme update and lost the translation. Without your help I would have been lost! THANK YOU!
Extremely good app. For the support, I won't have room to fit all the praise. They really solved a very complicated problem that Shopify did not want to deal with at all, even though the problem, as in most cases, was with them. In short, I will say for everyone who has a problem with part of the translation of their theme (because of the small base of languages supported by Shopify 32.) This is your App and team of developers and support. Special thanks to Dimitar and his colleagues from the development and programming department.
I used this app over a year, and everything is fine so far, but this app suddenly not work today for all collections & products translation, anyone have this issue today? Received the feedback from this app developer with a hour, thank you for your quick response, and hopefully Shopify will follow up this issue ASAP. Thank you.

Please note that a regression was introduced by Shopify overnight which broke the surfacing of the translations for all four-letter locale languages like zh-tw for example. We have been in touch with the Shopify devs and they have promised to provide a fix for this asap.
We will let you know when this is done. Also, our app has been updated to notify all users of this problem.

Very useful app, it does what it says and they have an excellent support team in case you have any problem.
I am using this app to translate the store into our own language. Doing so I've made some stupid mistake that duplicated the language and had some SEO issues that I didn't know how to resolve. So I contacted the support and they resolved it within an hour or so. I am thankful and happy. :) Thank you Translation Lab team! :) Also, I haven't found any other free app that would allow me fully translate the store. I highly recommend it.
