So far so good, not live yet but I tested the App and Support and I'm sold! The App is very easy to use and ultra simple to understand. Support replies are fast. This App acts as a real business and that's truly welcome.
The customer support is great. I had a problem synchronizing PageFly with Translation Lab and they offered me their help straightaway. In less than a day I had all my problems solved.
Nice app, automatic translation is great idea, a lot of customers was missing other language in our shop.

Support is always very helpful, quickly responsive and goes deep in detail with their effort and answers. We have tried 4 - 5 other translation apps and finally only t-lab worked for us.

The application is very easy to use. I was able to do everything on my own without having to search on the internet for how to do it. The translations are 95% correct. I had to contact tech support only because an element of my theme could not be translated and got a response very quickly and helped me resolve my issue efficiently. Thank you
Really easy to use translation app for a totally useless techy! For $20 I got my entire site translated from English to Spanish. I am very impressed!
For all those who are having second thoughts, please be informed that the most important thing you would want in any app is Customer Service. If you require assistance, T lab ninjas are always there, they are good, and very polite and gentle. They will solve all your issues, and one you understand the interface, you would not go to any other translation app I am very happy with T lab and hopefully you would too
This app works fine! The best I have used with Shopify. All the apps are complicated, and this one shows the screens to translate so it makes it very easy. The support service is EXCELLENT!!
