I have been using this translation app for a couple of years and never had any issue with it. Recently due to some internal changes with how Shopify are storing and displaying the product options values, I had some issues with the translations as some were missing these option values. Game changer for complex shop translations in bulk! I used the more expensive Premium Account for the openAI API connection and chatgpt 4.1. Just had to add some context of my shop and products and all translations were just awesome, natural wording and no errors. The default AI model is slightly worse, so it depends on the shop quality you want to achieve, but this tool delivers.
