I have been using this app for over a year now and I am finally rating it.
I love this app and it's quite simple to use. I just added my 3rd language to my online shop and I love it.

Great app, great customer support and easy to use! Very happy with my experience using T lab. Never used anything else for translations.

Very happy with this app that makes it so much easier to translate and manage translations on my (french +enlgish) site. Customer support is friendly, efficient and responsive and they are proactive about finding solutions to shopify's shortcomings in terms of internationalization. Would love to find a user support group where shopkeepers could discuss particulars about optimizing our bilingual shop experience.

Customer service is great! It is not easy to find specific information. Perhaps having the website as it is and translating it directly in the template would be a good option.

Incredible customer service!! Had some questions and Max not only got back so speedily but also provided easy-to-understand explanation, including a quick recorded video on how to change some settings. Really impressed! The app itself also works great. You have a limited amount of "credits" to Al translate within the app for free, but even if you're out of credit you could just manually edit translation from Google, DeepL etc. Recommended!
