First of all, customer service is great! Prompt, courteous and helpful. App works great even though you have to tweak here and there but that's expected. Unlike most other apps that charges a monthly fee that becomes monthly expenses, Translation Lab charges by the words translated for you, so only a one-time fee. Of course, they have upgraded service as well, which I will consider once the volume picks up but for now, as a starter, it's the best option.

Translation Lab are an excellent company who provided us support in two major instances when we needed them the most. Metin, in particular was exceptional in accommodating our requests to ask Sherpas Design to directly upload translations files for us into Shopify where we were facing challenges with large volumes that we needed to upload! One of the simplest app for translation in Shopify. Something could be improved, but the Support is always ready to solve any problems!
