Customer service has been amazing with any issue I've come across. Max was very helpful with the operating system of T Lab. I wasn't aware on the app when you go to Theme Section you can type in the search bar the wording to make the necessary changes to make the translation possible. Thank you T Lab.

The app itself is an amazing solution that gives you full control over the customisation of your languages and while I didn't use the AI feature I did test it for accuracy and it performed excellently. Miraculously, the customer support is even better than the app. Max and the developers instantly solved in queries I had with no fuss at all. Would highly recommend this app to anyone who needs to integrate a new language to their store. Thanks!

Yeah its honestly great, I'm on the free plan for my very first Shopify shop. The app covers all of my needs, if I need to expand or do any AI Translations then it has gained my trust and I will continue using it.

I recently had a problem with the Application and contacted the customer service department for assistance. Lina was the representative who handled my case, and I must say that she provided exceptional service.

Firstly, Lina was very patient and attentive to my concerns. She listened carefully to my issue and asked relevant questions to fully understand the situation. She also took the time to explain the steps she was taking to resolve the problem, which helped me feel reassured that it was being taken care of.

Furthermore, Lina was very knowledgeable and competent in her role. She was able to quickly identify the root cause of the issue and provided me with a solution that was both effective and efficient. She also followed up with me to ensure that everything was resolved to my satisfaction.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Lina. She demonstrated excellent customer service skills, and her professionalism and dedication to resolving my issue were truly impressive. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of assistance with their products or services.

Except for the limitation of Shopify on 5 additional languages for normal plans, this app is just amazing. I love the reasonable price and the accuracy of auto-translation feature (It could be up to 90%). The support could not be better if you meet Max. Things to improve: 1. Among thousands of resources, I could not find the ones which are not translated. It should have a filter to view non-translated resources quicker. 2. Each time I save translation, the app comes back to the default page, not keep in the current page. 3. There is no refresh function in the translation page. I have to choose another resource type and come back for the app to load new changes from the shop platform. 4. I could not search across all resource types. 5. The search function only applies on original texts, not on translated texts.

We had some problems to publish the languages but the support team was quick to help and even send us a tutorial video.
