I have experienced a super premium support from Translation lab team (Mr. Todor) with very fast responses to solve the technical challenges.
When I talk about the app functionality, I have tried several other apps, but this app was very easy to use, Shopify friendly, and the AI translation is really very powerful and almost accurate, also it's easy to amend the translation manually.

The app does have few issues that they're working on (lost translations after changing the theme, but they do have a way to recover them)...
But overall it's a really good app. Best part is customer support... Max is my savior!

Great. I dont use a shopify theme so i had issues with the language switcher. Support was fast and solved my issues immediately. In Shopify the translation is in many different places, products, theme parts SEO parts and this does it all automatically. I only needed 2 Credits with each 200.000 characters for 10$. Safed so much time. Thank you!
