We use Contlo extensively for our customer retention strategies. The platform is easy to navigate, offers integration with a lot of applications and support multiple channels of communication. Contlo team is always there to extend support and help.
Loved the experience of working with Contlo. I've been associated with them a little over a year and what shines is the user friendly UI/UX and the outstanding customer support. (A huge shoutout for Suraj Tiwari who's currently handling our account.)
While the WhatsApp template submission with Gupshup isn't the most convenient, creating and sending the campaign later definitely is.
I also like the way analytics are captured at Contlo.
Some improvements needed, but overall, a great choice!
Contlo has a good interface making it a go-to marketing tool for smaller teams. Moreover, the quick and effective support is an added charm. Highly recommended for WA, SMS and Email campaigns and automation. More analytics is expected in future for better marketing strategies.

We have been using this app for the past 2 months, this app makes connecting with the customers very easy through different channels and various engaging automation. I would definitely suggest this app. The only thing that is lacking is the time to integrate all the features they advertise, would be great if they can do this fast and the client can start using all the integrations at once.
Overall an affordable omnichannel, where you get every marketing channel that can be beneficial for you as per current market demands under one umbrella. The customer support team/tech team is always there for you 24*7 to get the features as per your requirement. Highly recommended for the firms/startups looking forward to gain an entry in the markets during their initial phase.
Constant innovation and features, we have tried multiple new features like form A/b testing, automation A/b testing and whatsapp chatbot. We have been able to add lots of incremental revenue through CRM due to the new innovations that Contlo team is always doing.
