I’m using Contlo Product review app. It has been so good until recently. All of a sudden, all reviews on my store disappeared and I’m unable to login to Contlo app. Still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

Contlo automation is super easy to create and use. Detailed targeting of customers for abandoned carts, checkout, and all you can think of.

Contlo has a good interface making it a go-to marketing tool for smaller teams. Moreover, the quick and effective support is an added charm. Highly recommended for WA, SMS and Email campaigns and automation. More analytics is expected in future for better marketing strategies.

Easy to do the campaign and have the flexibility for automation that help to make retention matter and also provides a quick support for instant solution

This app is not recommended at all for the following major issues:
1- App functionality: suddenly, they stop the service and you can't use it, even if you buy credit within the app, it will not work until they enabled it from their side

2- Onboarding: it's not friendly and you have to call their support (which will talk later about)

3- Support: they will not provide proper you support until you purchase priority support, they were not transparent about that from begging or in their terms.

4- Reports: not accurate at all.

5- Shopify fields: they don't support all important fields like order total amount.

6- Features are not working: automation features is not working at all!

7- they required $100 per month on external meeting for WhatsApp support.

Constant innovation and features, we have tried multiple new features like form A/b testing, automation A/b testing and whatsapp chatbot. We have been able to add lots of incremental revenue through CRM due to the new innovations that Contlo team is always doing.

I've been using this app for last 3 months and can vouch for there extremely friendly support and the functionality of the app. With them marketing automation has become a cake walk. We have seen increasing customer engagement and better ROI with Contlo. Good luck to you guys.

Best app out there for omnichannel CRM needs. It's surely filling a gap, especially in the Indian Shopify app market. The team also is very supportive and helps with seamless onboarding and interacts periodically for ensuring growth!
