Horrendous Client Support. Good Product coupled with Absolutely Poor levels of service and support.
Think twice before implementing because transition of any CRM takes lot of other efforts. Once you are IN, transition will be a pain anyways.
In starting this app was good there was account manager to solve all the queries but now they have just normal support which replies in 3 to 4 days. There are lot of bugs which can give your business a huge loss so stay away from this app.
This company is a waste of money. They have given a lot of hope to SMEs but be careful as they can lead you into legal issues. They cannot sync data back with Shopify. If you send emails to people who haven't opted in, they will target you, not the company. There are some very unskilled people in India who don't know how to develop software. They keep the data on their side, making it almost impossible to move away from them because they don't sync the data back to the user.
Stopped working all of a sudden. Without any prior notification or information. my data is not accessible to me even. Seems more like a data stealing company.
This app is not recommended at all for the following major issues:
1- App functionality: suddenly, they stop the service and you can't use it, even if you buy credit within the app, it will not work until they enabled it from their side
2- Onboarding: it's not friendly and you have to call their support (which will talk later about)
3- Support: they will not provide proper you support until you purchase priority support, they were not transparent about that from begging or in their terms.
4- Reports: not accurate at all.
5- Shopify fields: they don't support all important fields like order total amount.
6- Features are not working: automation features is not working at all!
7- they required $100 per month on external meeting for WhatsApp support.
