In starting this app was good there was account manager to solve all the queries but now they have just normal support which replies in 3 to 4 days. There are lot of bugs which can give your business a huge loss so stay away from this app.

We have not been using the app since early November however, we got billed for it. We request you to provide us a refund in the current billing as we have not used the app at all.

We've been using Contlo for over a year now and it has been a great marketing tool for us. Their customer support is very responsive whenever we have any issues and they have pretty good set of features in built so we dont have to juggle too many apps. Very useful and definitely delivers a good ROI.
