It used to be my favourite Shopify app, and I recommend this to anyone I know. Just like others here, I lost all my reviews; the app is just gone, with no access to my assets. Why didn't you warn users the app would be taken down to export our reviews?! Great that Contlo wants to go into the email marketing space, but what happened to our reviews is just horrible!

Please respond, we need access to our reviews! A huge amount of hard work has gone into collecting our reviews and we no longer have access. Please please just export them to us

Like other people have said, I think they abandoned this project since it's a free app. I love the app but the widgets dont show and their support is non-existent.

0 support for over a month now and the stars are all grey. Good app overall but overall terrible 0 support and ching things in settings doesnt fix

In the start they were really helpful but then after they were not answering anymore and the chat support was not helpful after, they helped me a lot in the start but after really bad!

there's a lot of bugs, i can not customise the theme of review, and can not export the review and the customer services never answer you the question

Don't use this app, it will hijack your whole product pages and disable the shop button. So basically, after installing this app, you will have no sells.
