It used to be my favourite Shopify app, and I recommend this to anyone I know. Just like others here, I lost all my reviews; the app is just gone, with no access to my assets. Why didn't you warn users the app would be taken down to export our reviews?! Great that Contlo wants to go into the email marketing space, but what happened to our reviews is just horrible!
I have no access to any of my reviews.. So much hard work now gone.
Please respond, we need access to our reviews! A huge amount of hard work has gone into collecting our reviews and we no longer have access. Please please just export them to us
I have been using this app since I launched my store. I had been so good. But suddenly all my reviews from store disappeared and unable to login to app. It says error like unsupported. Please help
This app is so easy to use and integrate and the support team is really amazing and replies very fast.

Highly Recommend. It has all of the features you'd expect from a review app, such as customization and the ability to import/export reviews from Amazon....
The support is extremely helpful and prompt!
The app is simple to use and above all, it is free.
I also like how the reviews are displayed and It's simple to add new reviews.
