Ordered a leather handbag, expected something decent, and they overdelivered. I paid almost $200 for the bag, amazing to say, the quality is on par with genuine louis vuitton, valentino, chanel; the craftsmanship is impeccable. The stitching, leather quality, hardware is to die for. Anyone saying it is "expensive" should see what luxury handbags cost before they complain it's "expensive". One of the best PODs I've ever used. And no, the mockups aren't bad. I wish this company offered down jackets (heavy winter jackets). I love jackets and I believe this company would do an amazing job with those. My ONLY criticism is they should offer clothing mockups without models in the photos. I cannot sell the photos with models, as it does not fit my brand. Besides that, I promise you the shipping time and product is beyond my expectations. The bag I got is the best I own, I own genuine Italian leather, yet they knock them out of the park. I'm obsessed with the bag.

I really LOVE Contrado. For one, customer support is superb. Second, the product quality is amazing, print is so crisp and clean, and the leather and silk (amidst other material options) are great. The shipping time and processing is really fast and efficient, too. Overall, I am SO glad I came across them. They are PERFECT for the artist looking to penetrate a more high end market place with their art - taking it to a "designer" "high fashion" level. For myself as an artist and fashion lover, this is the meeting of both worlds. I am so excited to see what they come out with next! Very pleased, highly recommend, and look forward to working with them for years to come!

The Contrado app is easy to use. I use their website to create the products, click "sync" and boom, there it is on my shopify website! Their print service is fast as all heck and they ship to the US quickly and at a low cost. I ran into trouble when a couple products "disappeared" from my shopify page and I couldn't get them to return. Their staff actually reached out to me to offer help. Deepa is so patient and worked with me to figure out what went wrong. She knows all, I swear.
Here's the fix: take it off your Contrado site and MAKE A NEW LISTING with the same information. Easy peasy!! I've ordered maybe 50 items from them thus far and every single one has been exactly the high quality they advertise and I expected. I had color trouble once, and recommend that you use designs with a higher contrast than you think you need since they show up differently on fabric than on a computer screen. They also offer automated payments so when a customer places an order, they pay you, and the order and payment for the item goes straight to Contrado so you can relax knowing everything in production, shipping, and payment is entirely taken care of. TL;DR the Contrado app is worth the download, their products are great, and their customer service is 10/10.

I love Contrado. They create quality products with stellar customer service. They are one of the few PODs that work in high quality leather printing with carefully selected clasps and zips. Those details make a big difference in the overall luxury feel of their products. They have a beautiful 3D visualization of your design during the digital building of the product which shows it from all angles. They seem intent on building relationships with artists and designers which boost their company, and will go out of their way to make sure that you are happy. (I do wish that they had downloadable templates using Adobe applications (Illustrator/Photoshop) for precise positioning, but It is pretty easy to navigate sizing so far.) Highly recommend this app. You actually feel that there are people with craftsmanship and skills behind this integration who are ready to make beautiful things. And when they see you making an effort to create beautiful things, they support your efforts. The integration with the Shopify app is pretty seamless. I've only had a couple of glitches with revising products and losing the tags associated with them. Once I reached out to describe the technical stuff, the Contrado IT department resolved it. Again, there are actually people behind this company doing great work!

My customer seems to love their item! 3rd order from the same customer. They said the shades had more of a glossy finish this time, which they loved!

I wasn't interested in doing print on demand before Contrado. They provide the quality and attention to detail that I couldn't find elsewhere. I have found customer service very helpful as an independent designer and the website is user-friendly so I'm not wasting a lot of time on tech. Definitely a cut above!

What a journey. First i was happy easy use and great to design. Than starting alot of errors and sync problems. With alot of items made it was time consuming and horrible. I had made 1000 designs on different products. The high prices of products and many choice you stick with it with patience because you hope that all will be good. Than starts the horror i ordered 16 samples. Contrado offered to sent 1 item as sample. I made it 5 different items to check the quality. When finally get the items i was shocked to see the quality and items for the pricing they are sellin there products. A jogging bottom 88 euro and really thin material imposible to re sale for higher price. A leather back from almost 200 euro. Damage after 1 time wearing the ink came of. Imagine sellin this for a high price to your customers. This will damage your brand. After talkin with contrado they offered me a new bag and new items. Weeks are past still no new items. After some phone calls emails and live chat. I did not get any action or emails back as they say they will do. No i am done of waiting. I still did not get any reaction on my other 11 items left. I ask for money back but till today no any reaction. I payed but dont get my products. I think is strange to ask high prices for products with poor quality. And worst payed items what are not made to not send the money back. Even the items what they have told to re make and resend. I never recieved. Is not nice to do business this way. I am not a person to leave a revieuw but this had to be told. Take care of doing business with contrado. It is not what it looks like unfortanelly.

Thank you for your feedback which we are looking into for you. In any case, I am so very sorry that you are facing such struggles. Some leads already: I can see that we had agreed to do some testing for you and introduce new fabric options to some of the garments which could be amazing for all of us (hence the additional time it is taking there). In regards to the bag, it was dispatched yesterday. I hope we can solve this together so you can see how much we care, how much we hare been invested so far already in not only fixing but introducing new options following your original feedback, and are very much looking forward to making things better for you. I just wanted to write an updated review from my review about a month ago. Basically I became very frustrated with the product editor not working for the sizing of my dress, jacket and scarf designs and after much back and forth I felt that customer service was not taking me seriously. It was to the point that I was not able to put the products in my store after putting in many hours of work in them and spending lots of money on product samples. There did not seem to be a way to workaround the issues. Maybe I was talking to the wrong customer service people or I was being too polite. After writing a detailed and negative review here, I was contacted by Deepa from their company and she very patiently went through each of my issues, agreed that there were problems, and went back to their technical department and they made some big fixes. A few weeks later the technical issues appear to be much fixed. They seemed to take my complaints seriously. I wish that I had not had this frustration to begin with and have to rework my dress products now. But I am impressed at the level that they did finally listen to the problems and follow up over the course of several weeks. So I do believe they are responsive to customers and working to improve their app and their services. I think it is worth working with this app for the selection of unique higher end POD products. The sewing quality seems good on the products I have samples of. I especially think the bomber jackets are nice quality.

Fast shipping. but I order a pair of glasses just to see the quality. good quality but come with errors not a good job. plus I send a email and never got a reply and been like two weeks. so not a good customer service.
