What a journey. First i was happy easy use and great to design. Than starting alot of errors and sync problems. With alot of items made it was time consuming and horrible. I had made 1000 designs on different products. The high prices of products and many choice you stick with it with patience because you hope that all will be good. Than starts the horror i ordered 16 samples. Contrado offered to sent 1 item as sample. I made it 5 different items to check the quality. When finally get the items i was shocked to see the quality and items for the pricing they are sellin there products. A jogging bottom 88 euro and really thin material imposible to re sale for higher price. A leather back from almost 200 euro. Damage after 1 time wearing the ink came of. Imagine sellin this for a high price to your customers. This will damage your brand. After talkin with contrado they offered me a new bag and new items. Weeks are past still no new items. After some phone calls emails and live chat. I did not get any action or emails back as they say they will do. No i am done of waiting. I still did not get any reaction on my other 11 items left. I ask for money back but till today no any reaction. I payed but dont get my products. I think is strange to ask high prices for products with poor quality. And worst payed items what are not made to not send the money back. Even the items what they have told to re make and resend. I never recieved. Is not nice to do business this way. I am not a person to leave a revieuw but this had to be told. Take care of doing business with contrado. It is not what it looks like unfortanelly.

Some leads already: I can see that we had agreed to do some testing for you and introduce new fabric options to some of the garments which could be amazing for all of us (hence the additional time it is taking there). In regards to the bag, it was dispatched yesterday. I hope we can solve this together so you can see how much we care, how much we hare been invested so far already in not only fixing but introducing new options following your original feedback, and are very much looking forward to making things better for you. Communication between the app and Shopify is not good in my experience. Created a wallpaper collection and all the pricing, sizes and product quality is mixed up. Very frustrated and disappointed in the ease and clarity of use. Wish this would be a more straight forward process.

I am very impressed with the quality of the products I ordered with a test pattern on a duffle bag and an AOP t-shirt with the metal tin. All pretty well done and they have great support. I'm hoping this company sticks around so I can build a brand around my designs with these great products. Keep it up Contrado.

Contrado has the most beautiful products and very friendly support. No matter what the concern, it is handled immediately and solved promptly. For me one of the best POD providers!

Fast shipping. but I order a pair of glasses just to see the quality. good quality but come with errors not a good job. plus I send a email and never got a reply and been like two weeks. so not a good customer service.

Hallo liebe Contrado team, ich habe schon ein Paar Produkte als Muster bestellt und das Qualität finde ich wirklich hervorragend (bisschen zu teuer) so ist schwierig zum verkaufen.
Habt ihr nicht gedacht vielleicht auch noch echt leder Sneakers zum anbieten? Aber sonst ich bin sehr zufrieden, die Lieferung ist mega schnell! Happy Weekend!
I'm about to launch my store in November, using the Contrado app. Deepa (and sometimes the IT team also) at Contrado has been helping me patiently through my many email queries since I started building the store in May – so, so helpful. The customer service has been excellent. I look forward to seeing how the customer journey and customer reviews for the Contrado products go once I've launched...I'll review again after that! In the meantime, I can confirm that my experience with Contrado has been fab.
We are just really getting started with Contrado but so far are impressed.
While there are some additional features, such as front-end customization, that we would like to see for our own business, it is noticeable that Contrado continually looks to improve and we expect we will see those features in the future.
The app itself is easy to use, the quality of products is very high, and the service is friendly, fast and responsive. We have had some issues due to our changing base languages but the team has helped sort those out. Special call-out to Deepa and the support team here - Deepa noticed that we were having some problems and reached out to us before we even contacted the helpdesk, and helped get it fixed very quickly.
Looking forward to continuing to work with Contrado and certainly recommend them.

I want to love this app... but my designs are not loading. What a shame. I want to reach out, but the chat option is not even showing up.

Glitches can always happen though you can always contact us also using our contact form (if the Chat is closed the icon won't show for example. UPDATE: My experience with the app and customer support has been very good overall. However, I had a strange issue with a pair of shoes that I ordered. The size of the shoe was marked as 39 but was very tight on a person who is normally a 38. The size chart indicated a foot size in cm which was incorrect. Contrado did not accept this. So I now have a pair of Summer shoes that doesn’t fit my model (I was planning to photograph them in situ). Rather disappointed. But as I mentioned overall Contrado offer a lot of support for app users. I have many years of experience using content management systems and this is a very good quality system. Product description text is automatically spell and grammar checked. Image quality is auto-checked as well. The printed product is stunning. I ordered a test mug. The colours were beautiful - really deep, almost like wet ink (not obviously not wet!!). Fabric is amazing as well. I ordered a pattern of beige tones on silk and it looked like gold : ) An apron with an enlarged image came out really well too - and you get an image quality warning if you enlarge too much.
Some features take a while to find - for example you can set a limit on options for the customer - your design may work best on a small mug and not on a large mug and you can control this.
Support is very good. TIP - check the FAQs (which are comprehensive) and if those don't cover your question, use the live chat icon which can be found on the homepage.

It sounds so simple but it required a lot of IT development work in the background. I will make sure to forward your comments to the support team as well, they will be thrilled with it :)
