I've been using Contrado for years and I like them because their products are high quality and ethically made, with reliable and quick delivery.

Pretty smooth operation to use overall, though we have had some issues with products getting set up correctly on the app but then getting produced in the incorrect size/material. But the technical team respond promptly and are great at helping sort out these issues. Products are great quality with a large range.

I had been facing a problem for two months with no clear solution or understanding of what was going wrong. Mitul truly came to the rescue, he identified the issue, provided a clear solution, and guided me through it with patience and professionalism. I finally placed an order after having the app installed for quite some time. Boy was I disappointed in the quality of a pair of track pants I ordered. There was a huge stitching defect on the front leg seam that is quite noticeable. I provided photos and an explanation to their company. Instead of offering a free replacement, they offered a small discount instead and consider that adequate compensation for THEIR error.
