How disappointing. It doesn't work, and the tab reads "Shopify discontinue" so I guess it's safe to say Contrado has given up on providing support to Shopify store owners? I was looking forward to giving it a try but without the option to have items my customers order be drop shipped to them... there is no way I am able to afford to keep these items are inventory and play the middleman. =(
Thank you for your feedback, we have emailed all our dropship partners to inform them that we are refocusing our efforts on product innovation and wholesale solutions, which are our core strengths. We also made this listing private about 2 weeks ago. so as a result, we will be saying goodbye to our Dropship and Marketplace programs. We believe this is a critical step towards a brighter future for us all. And you don't have to be the middleman... Did you contact our Customer service team or left a review after spending 11 minutes on the app : ). We have a great Wholesale program which allow you to still dispatch single products to your customers, under your own brand name. You don'ty have to keep inventory (you can and you will get greater discounts but your existing 20% will remain). Contact our Customer Support team today and we will guide you. A few pointers:
- We will migrate our existing dropship partners to our exclusive Wholesale Program, which is only available to hand-picked business customers. With this program, you can purchase and deliver products directly to your customers or yourself.
- Branding is still available, ensuring your brand remains prominent when we dispatch your orders.
- You will continue to receive the same 20% Discount on most products. Larger quantities can receive up to 40% discount.
- Your existing products will remain in your Contrado account available for you to order.- All due commissions (for Contrado Stores only) will be paid as usual in the weekly runs.

Hallo liebe Contrado team, ich habe schon ein Paar Produkte als Muster bestellt und das Qualität finde ich wirklich hervorragend (bisschen zu teuer) so ist schwierig zum verkaufen.
Habt ihr nicht gedacht vielleicht auch noch echt leder Sneakers zum anbieten? Aber sonst ich bin sehr zufrieden, die Lieferung ist mega schnell! Happy Weekend!
I've been using Contrado for a couple of months now 6+. I've not had any issues the products are great, I haven't had any miss prints, their mockup software may be lacking but with sample orders you can easily do your own media. All in all my customers have loved their products. Defiantly recommend especially if you're trying to do higher quality items.
