We've had an excellent experience with this app. The app itself works flawlessly and has become an important part of our business. Everything is reliable, easy to use, and performs exactly as expected.
What really sets them apart is the team behind it. Communication is always smooth, responses are fast, and they are incredibly professional in every interaction. It's rare to find both a great product and a great team, but they deliver on both.

It says there is a free plan and you can have upto 25 sales a month free but actually you can’t you go through all the setup then to receive an email saying it won’t be activated unless you pay $29 a month. Misleading app

We’d like to clarify that our free plan is fully available and allows up to 25 sales per month at no cost. There is no requirement to upgrade to a paid plan in order to activate or use it.
The confusion may come from our onboarding support:
while the free plan includes full access to the app, our hands-on (and free) onboarding services are reserved for paid plans - something I hope you can understand.
That said, you can absolutely complete the setup and go live on the free plan. We provide detailed documentation and step-by-step video guides within the app to help you through the process.
