We're a small family-run business with a fairly big product catalog, so anything that can save us effort is hugely appreciated, particularly around getting more visitor engagement in our online shop. Conversagent does a really good job at introducing each item and answering complex questions all on its own! It's super easy to set up and much better than anything else we've tried. The app has also been improving continuously since we installed it. Very recommended!

Conversagent has allowed my to have an extra staff person who answers my customer questions. I love how intuitive the assistant is. It is not like I am completely talking to a robot. The addition of the emojis also added personality to the interactions. Definitely recommend this app to anyone.

Conversagent was super easy to set up and can answer any questions about our products or shipping/return policies. It picks up info throughout our site automatically and answers questions instantly. We're looking forward to seeing how this improves conversions
